This bootable process will work on windoews xp/service pack 2.if it will work on the settings on the computer & our documents in local disk C will be remain there or it will be lost.

My laptop with XP sp3 has Truecrypt whole disk encryption. I can remember the TC pwd, but not the Windows ones. It’s obviously no good booting from CD before entering the TC pwd as the whole OS is encrypted, and I can’t get it to boot after entering that pw. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am stuck. I used the loophole in XP technique mentioned above but the repair process hangs at the final step after reboot saying “please wait…” this is a known issue with repairing XP.

Please suggest a way out.

It not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password. As far as i know,You can reset windows user account password in safe mode(F8 when booting up). But if you forgot administrator password, you must reinstall windows OS or use windows password recovery disk.
