Goog and Live 411

Both Google and Windows Live has released their own 411 service. If you don’t know what a 411 service please click HERE. There are demos for both Live 411 and Google 411. However, I think that Google 411 is better. Once again, like all other Google services, it is very easy to use. Whereas, with Live 411, you are asked to reply to what seems like a zillion questions. Both services are free to use.

Google 411 number is 1-800-GOOG-411 or 1-800-466-4411

Live Search 411 number is 1-800-CALL-411 or 1-800-2255411

Thanks for this helpful info. You hit the nail on the head when you say that Google keeps things easy and MSN requires a zillion questions. It’s always been that way, hence, Google’s superfast rise to success in the land of giants.

I’m going to run an experiment and see if either one traces you if you breath heavy into the phone. ;-)

I’ve actually used Goog 411 twice and it was very helpful. Definitely much better (and cheaper) than the 411 provided by AT&T.
