How do I get Facebook Lite? Can only find ways to get rid of it.

Have tried every thing nothing is working the system just dosent let me save the settings also have tried clearing the cache n every thing, changed the language…even restored the system from back date just dosent work ….please help if u can am really fed up now have been trying the whole day
